As students or working individuals, we instill into our minds that Monday sucks and Fridays, including the weekends are the best days of the week. Yes, it is true that Fridays hit different during stressful work/school days due to the reason that we can finally just relax, seize the moment, and break free from all our worries.
The wrong thing about that is as if we are only alive during the weekend and dead or acting like machines every weekdays. We are not maximizing our lives to the fullest because we always nag and waste our precious energy in complaining and talking shit about all the discomfort and struggles we face.
